Welcome to Walk Yourself Fit

Pace and Performance Clinic

These training walks will be from 6:00 to 7:30 AM and devoted to walkers who want to increase their walking pace and stamina. We will take walkers on a variety of area walking courses that will increase in challenge and intensity as the week’s progress. At the conclusion of program, we will return to the high school track and time each walker for one mile to gauge progress achieved.
