Please bring a dessert to share with fellow participants, chair/blanket and bring your own beverage.

Come join the Ride Yourself Fit family for fun and fellowship
to view Stage 7 of the 2019 Tour de France.
RYF members will be treated to a picnic dinner of Juan Pollo Chicken courtesy of RYF. 
Non-members will be charged $10.00.
REGISTRATION IS  REQUIRED
Please bring a dessert to share with fellow participants, and bring your own beverage.

We will sit on the lawn outside of the In Your Best Interest Clinic.
Bring a blanket, pillows and lawn chairs for your use.
Everybody is welcome including family and friends.

8:00 pm - Tour de France Stage 7 Viewing, Belfort – Chalon-sur-Saône 230km
