  1. Keep track of the minutes you walk each week, Monday through Sunday.  As a rule of thumb, health and fitness professionals recommend a minimum of 150 minutes of exercise a week.  If you also want to include total miles walked, that is fine.
  2. Every Sunday, submit to us by text message, the minutes you have walked for that week.  The phone number is (909) 838-2669.  If you cannot text, then send an email to us with your total minutes to ddawson444@aol.com
  3. We will post total minutes for participants each week via our Walk Yourself Fit Update.  We challenge each of you to surpass minutes walked from week to week.

 

We think this will be a lot of fun for everyone and encourage you to get outside and walk.  If you want to submit selfies on your walks, please send them in and we will get them to Doc Wilson to post on our Web site.
